🚫 Right of Refusal

At CGExports, we strive to fulfill every order with care and precision. However, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including (but not limited to):

  • 🔢 Limited stock or purchasing limits

  • ❌ Pricing or product info errors

  • 💳 Payment authorization issues

We may request additional information before processing your order. If your order is canceled after your card has been charged, don’t worry — you’ll receive a full refund promptly.

🌐 Website Orders – Shipping
  • Most items include free shipping in Canada and the others are auto-calculated on our website, but please note:
  • 🌐 International customers: Our website doesn’t currently process international shipping. Please contact us directly for a custom quote!
  • 📬 Signature may be required upon delivery.

📦 Bulk Orders – Shipping

  • Bulk orders are defined as any orders over $500.00 CAD.

  • Please contact us directly for a custom quote

  • 🚚 We will calculate shipping manually to ensure accurate and cost-effective delivery

🎁 Promo Codes

  • Promo codes are only valid during active promotions on CGExports.ca

  • Discounts apply to selected items only (unless noted otherwise).

  • Past orders won’t be adjusted.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

🌐 Website Orders:

  • You may return or exchange items within 60 days if they’re unused and in original packaging.

  • ⏳ Please allow up to 30 days for processing the return.

  • 🚚 Return shipping is your responsibility (unless we made an error).

  • 📦 A restocking fee may apply depending on the ordered quantity.

🏪 Purchased from a Retailer?

  • Please contact the original retailer or reseller for their return process. All 3rd-party returns must go through the 3rd party in order to verify purchasing details.
📦 Bulk Orders:

  • Bulk orders are defined as any orders over $500.00 CAD.

  • ❗ Please note: Returns and refunds are not accepted for bulk orders. We highly encourage customers to:

    • ✅ Purchase samples before placing a bulk order

    • 📄 Request all relevant technical information to ensure the product meets your requirements

🤝 Referral Program

  • Refer a friend and get rewarded!
    For each new customer you refer who completes a purchase of $85 or more, you’ll receive one of the following rewards:

     

    • $20 off or 10% off your next order (whichever is greater)
      OR

    • $10 Tim Hortons® gift card if you don’t plan to place another order soon

  • One referral reward may be applied per order.

  • Program valid until December 2026

  • The referred customer must provide your full name at the time of purchase
